At Ragin’ Cajun, we’re passionate about bringing the vibrant Cajun flavors of Louisiana to the heart of the Jersey Shore. Our journey began with a simple mission: to share the rich culinary traditions of Cajun cuisine with food lovers everywhere.
So we decided to take these authentic dishes on the road. The result? A food truck that delivers mouthwatering meals infused with the spirit of the South.
From our signature Blackened Po’ Boy Sammies to the irresistible Alligator Sausage on a Stick, every dish is crafted with care, using only the freshest ingredients and traditional seasoning.
So, whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-time visitor, we invite you to join us on this flavorful journey. We are available for private events, fundraisers, festivals, corporate events and fairs!

Blackened Po’ Boy Sammies
(Toasted hoagie with Cajun seasoning, creole mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and choice of blk chicken or shrimp)

(Crinkle cut fries tossed in a Cajun butter topped off with creole mustard)
Alligator Sausage
(Flown in from Louisiana and grilled on our flat top. You can enjoy it on a stick or as a Po’ Boy)

(Romaine, parm, croutons with our house made dressing. Many choose to add blackened chicken or shrimp on top)
